Bake Mail Club October 2026

This month the 6 flavours are:

• Miso Spiderweb Brownie- a miso brownie topped with chocolate ganache 
• Graveyard Rocky Road- a chocolate rocky road with homemade biscuits, marshmallows and gummy worms
• Chocolate Monster Cookie- a rich chocolate cookie with a cherry jam centre and monster eyes 
• Blood Red Cookie- a red velvet cookie with white chocolate chunks 
• Million Eyes Shortbread- a millionaires shortbread with chocolate eyes on top 
• TV Static Blondie- a black sesame blondie with popping candy 

All my bakes are made in my home kitchen, and despite thorough cleaning and separate storage, I unfortunately cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination. The use of a shared fan-assisted oven means cross contamination can occur via airborne residues. Therefore all my bakes may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts and sesame.

All my bakes are suitable for vegetarians and are made with ingredients suitable for a halal diet, but I am not officially halal certified.

Million Eyes Shortbread

Shortbread base (Plain flour (wheat flour, calcium, folic acid, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (milk), sugar, brown sugar, cornflour), caramel layer (sweetened condensed milk (whole milk, sugar, skimmed milk), butter (milk), brown sugar, golden syrup), chocolate topping (dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), butter (milk), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), butter (milk))

Your box is baked fresh and shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24, once received, your bakes are best enjoyed within 5 days. All items arrive individually heat sealed in food grade cellulose bags which help to maintain freshness. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, no need to refrigerate! I recommend keeping them sealed in their bags until you are ready to enjoy them! If you’d like to keep them a little longer, individual bakes can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days once opened (please see the back of each of the items for individual shelf lives). If you don’t want to eat them all in one go, your treats can be frozen. I recommend freezing them separately in an airtight container, as soon as you receive them, to preserve their highest quality. Defrost at room temperature until fully thawed.

There are storage instructions on the back of each of the individual bake. Store in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. If your bakes are delivered during an extreme heatwave, and have arrived slightly melted, don’t worry! They are still entirely edible, but due to the high quantities of chocolate in these bakes I cannot guarantee they won’t melt slightly in transit. Just pop them in the fridge to let the chocolate re-solidify for around 1 hour. If you have received your bakes and they are entirely melted/squished in transit, please don’t hesitate to contact me!
